Terms, in plain language
The working agreement for using TeamLens before formal terms ship at public launch — short enough to actually read.
Formal legal documents ship with public launch. Until then, this page describes our current practice in plain language — it's the deal we operate by today, written so you can actually read it.
The service
TeamLens provides workforce visibility software: the web dashboard, the desktop agents, the API and the AI features. During this pre-launch period features may change — anything marked 'coming soon' is a plan, not a promise.
Your workspace, your responsibility
You own your workspace's data and its policies. Deploying monitoring lawfully in your jurisdiction — including telling your team, which the product does by design — is your call and your duty.
Fair use
Don't abuse the service, probe other workspaces, resell access, or use TeamLens to monitor people who don't know about it. That last one isn't just against the rules; it's against the point.
Payment
Free covers up to 3 people. Paid plans are per seat, shown in-app before any charge, cancellable anytime. Downgrades keep your data.
Liability, plainly
We work hard to keep TeamLens accurate and available, and payroll maths auditable — but you review exports before paying people. During pre-launch the service is provided as-is; formal warranties arrive with the formal terms.
Changes
When formal terms ship, we'll show them in the app and ask for agreement — no silent updates that matter.
